Conference Packages

The Hotel Rappen Rothenburg offers various room types for your conferences, seminars or events, which can be partitioned individually or be combined into 1 large room for up to 300 people and the seating arrangements can be made to your order.
Of course, the necessary technology for your event is at your disposal. Also, we will gladly help you to organise an appealing fringe program for the participants.

 

The mentioned rates include service charge and VAT (value-added tax). We can also arrange individual conference packages, as per your requirements. Additional conference equipment and technology are a portable media cart, speaker’s desk, loudspeaker unit, wireless microphone and overhead projector. Other media technology can be arranged for on request. WiFi can be used free of charge in all conference rooms.
All conference rooms are air-conditioned and have daylight illumination, but can also be darkened completely.
